Colorful Kitchens

We had such a great time at the recent International Builders Show and the Kitchen and Bath Show - so many amazing new products and ideas... it's a lot to absorb and share. Add to that a day at The Las Vegas furniture market - we don't even know where to begin!

One of the trends we noticed was that we are seeing more color in the kitchen, and not just with accessories but with cabinets and appliances. We love the playful colors Wellborn Cabinets used in their displays and how they mixed stains and woods.

Dacor now offers your choice of custom colors on your appliances, and they showed a range with Marsala which was named by Pantone the color of the year.

Our favorite use of color though had to be this spectacular range by La Cornue - such a European look in Hermes orange won our hearts. Would you pay a premium for color and what color would you like to use in your kitchen?
